Delivery and Receipt

Each order is insured during transit until the goods are delivered or signed for. The recipient must sign for the package upon receipt. Once signed, it is considered that you have completed receipt of the goods, and responsibility for the goods will transfer to you. If someone other than the recipient signs for the package (e.g., on behalf of another or for a gift), the signature is also considered valid delivery, indicating that the order has been completed and responsibility has been transferred. Return Policy

We are committed to providing you with a worry-free shopping experience, therefore we offer a "7-day no-reason return" service. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a return within 7 days of receipt and receive a full refund.

a) Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn/used, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

To return an item, please fill out the attached return form and return it along with the product. If the form is lost, please contact customer service for an electronic copy.

Please note: You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
