Logistics Details:
Shipping Fee: Free shipping on all orders.
Shipping Time: After successful order submission, we will arrange shipment according to the payment order. The estimated shipping period is approximately 3 business days. Shipping service covers Monday to Sunday and public holidays, without specific time restrictions.
Estimated Delivery: After the order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.
Signing Instructions:
When placing an order, please be sure to fill in a detailed address and contact phone number that can be validly signed for by yourself or another person.
Upon receiving your package, please inspect it on the spot: check if the outer packaging is intact, if the quantity of goods matches the order details, and if all receipts such as the shopping list are complete. For electronic products such as mobile phones, please do not provide the packaging for inspection before signing.
If the outer packaging seal is damaged or torn, you have the right to refuse delivery.
If you are unable to sign for the package yourself, please entrust someone else to sign for it strictly according to the above requirements. The courier is only responsible for delivering the package to the designated address. Anyone at that address (such as the receptionist, security guard, neighbor, etc.) can sign for it on your behalf; it is not guaranteed that the designated person must sign for it.
Order Modification: For risk control reasons, orders cannot be modified after confirmation. Please make sure to verify the delivery address and contact number when placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Delayed Orders: Orders delayed due to incomplete recipient information will be held by the delivery company for 5 days. During this period, we will remind you to supplement the information via email. Please check your emails or contact customer service for assistance. For orders that do not receive a response by the deadline, we will arrange for them to be returned to the warehouse and a refund will be processed.
